Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts Journaling for Wellbeing

ITOL Accredited Group Facilitation Training

What is Expressive Arts Journaling?

Expressive Arts Journaling is a creative process of self-discovery.

It supports you to find a thread of inspiration and follow it with curiosity.

You can’t get it wrong. The explorative process is more important than the end result.

You can use a variety of mediums, such as; paint, collage, charcoal, crayons, fabric, movement, sound, poetry and prose.

When you give yourself permission to explore what wants to be expressed, you will be amazed at what you find out.
